What is P2P?

P2P (peer-to-peer loans) is a financial sector that has developed in recent years along with the rapid development of technology. “Peer-to-peer loans” allow people and small businesses to obtain loans through e-commerce arenas, bypassing the traditional intermediaries such as banks or credit companies.

What’s special about the fund?

The fund uses a technology platform that was developed by IBI Investment House, through which it locates, examines and selects the loans in which it invests. Through e-commerce arenas, the fund acquires US consumer loans with a high credit score.
The fund holds these loans, and the profit is generated from the interest on the loans.

Where is the money that is invested in the fund?

The money in the fund is in a customer trust account, which is controlled by the loan platforms. Loans are given to borrowers through these platforms, and the loan payments are also received through them.

Who oversees the fund?

Tzur Capital Management Ltd. serves as the fund administrator, and it calculates the fund’s assets, management fees, manages the register of partners (customers) and controls the movement of money in the fund.

Managing Partner, Director and member of CCF Investment Committee. Amir founded IBI Private Credit department with aggregate AUM of 600M$, IBI CCF Fund was founded in 2014 and it is Israel’s largest debt fund. Before that, Amir worked as an accountant specializing in complex financial instruments at the Valuation Division at EY Israel, and before that Amir worked as a credit consultant at the Clal Group.

Member of CCF Investment Committee. Uri Umeid serves as the CEO of insurance company Shlomo Insurance. Uri formerly served as the CEO of Elite and as a senior executive at Menorah.

Iddo serves as the Chairman of IBI Investment House and as the Chairman of IBI Capital. He served as the Company CEO between 2011 and 2018 and has been involved in various fields in the capital market for over 25 years. He began his career as a stockbroker and has held a range of management positions at the IBI Group, in the investment management and brokerage fields.

Iddo holds an MBA and a BSc in life sciences from Tel Aviv University. He also holds an investment management license issued by the Israel Securities Authority.

Dave has served as CEO of IBI Investment House and as Chairman of IBI Portfolio Management since 2019. Dave has extensive experience in investment management for private and institutional clients and specializes in alternative investment instruments, and serves as the general director of the IBI alternative funds: CCF, SBL, Comrit, Volcano, Pillar, Polska, Quality, Lion, FOF, Evo and CLO.

Dave has many years of experience in pension planning and taxation aspects. he held a number of other positions in the IBI Group, including CEO of IBI Portfolio Management, Corporate and Institutional Client Manager, Chief Investment Officer of IBI Provident and Study Funds.

Education: BA in economics. He holds an investment management license issued by the Israel Securities Authority and a pension insurance agent license issued by the Ministry of Finance.
